- The products ordered by you will be sent as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
- If you notice damage upon receipt of the goods, such as torn packaging, you do not want to receive it and return it immediately. In that case, the additional costs will be borne by the carrier, please also send an e-mail directly to: ed@mamutc.com
- When you remove the seal on the bottle after receiving the goods, this means purchase obligation! Return is then no longer possible.
- Shipping costs of returning purchased goods without damage are for your own account. We are also obliged to charge € 25 for administration costs.
